t know shout it be called as dress or shouldn't..lol...it's from topshop and i like it but it makes me look fat....D;.... no choice ... i got too limited time and money to search for dress for my cousin's wedding ... i mean her wedding need RED dress..lol... now only i realize it's not that easy to have a fix theme to get a dress..lol
